- Identify key areas of growth opportunities, develop and execute plans in accordance with agreed financial and business targets.
- Capable of identifying key accounts, potential clients/alliances, developing sales and business strategies, creating, and closing deals to maximize revenue target and profitability.
- Take a strong lead and hand on approach in business development and sales; determine optimal utilization of staff and resources; improve the goals and accountabilities of sales team; effectively lead sales team to grow the business and reach revenue targets.
- Responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the cross border e-commerce and other segments requiring a cross-border payments platform.
- Effectively pitch and acquire new customers for the core company product as well as new product launches.
- Execute the business development plan; achieve and exceed the targeted sales goals.
- Coordinate with multiple teams like marketing and product within the organization for achieving the required goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or a quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a MUST.
- 3+ years of sales team management experience
- 5+ years of professional B2B corporate sales experience within banking or fintech industry.
- Able to work independently with a proven hunter mentality, and as a team player wearing different hats.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.
- Strong work ethic and time management. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and knows how to think outside the box when confronted with challenges.
