Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to create effective strategies.
Manage Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Evaluate sales staff performance and suggest improvements.
Maintain Relationships with Partners and Customers:
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Oversee Daily Sales Operations:
- Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Report sales results (monthly, quarterly, annually) to the Board of Directors.
- Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in retail or distribution sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Planning and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is preferred.
