Mô tả công việc

Identify areas for improvement in existing R&D processes and products.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance product development and testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments.
Research and recommend new R&D tools, methodologies, and technologies.
Contribute to training and knowledge sharing within the R&D team.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in R&D, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
Experience in the homecare industry is preferred.
Strong background in product development, process innovation, and testing.
Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.
Familiarity with modern R&D tools, methodologies, and trends.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and managing multiple projects.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
