- Monitor/handle daily import, export, and guarantee transactions (checking/approving transactions, handling investigations, verifying signatures, monitoring due dates, communicating with customers, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Communicate with relevant parties to resolve issues.
- Conduct training for related teams and customers.
- Propose creative ideas to improve daily operations.
- Support the Department Head in supervising duties and ensuring smooth operations.
- Participate in assigned projects.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University degree in Economics or Banking.
- At least 10 years of experience in Trade Finance and Guarantee operations (prior experience in the same position is a plus).
- Ability to handle various types of trade and guarantee products.
- Solid knowledge of regulations related to Trade Finance and Guarantee transactions.
- Relevant international certifications required (CDCS is mandatory; CSDG is a plus).
- Familiarity with banking payment systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
