P&L Management and Accountability:
- Share responsibility for achieving the center's financial performance.
Client Management and Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the center team.
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Operational Excellence:
- Provide leadership and drive operational excellence within the team.
- Review performance metrics and provide coaching and feedback.
- Deliver regular performance reports to management.
Class Scheduling:
- Plan, organize, and manage class schedules to optimize resource use and deliver high-quality learning outcomes.
- Coordinate with educators regarding availability and class assignments.
Talent Management and Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop educators and support staff.
- Manage staffing requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Facility Management and Administration:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage resources and inventory.
Yêu cầu công việc
- 3+ years of experience in operational, supervisory, or administrative roles in the service industry (hotel, tourism, or preferably education).
- Growth mindset; adaptable, flexible, energetic, and positive.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using and learning new technologies.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic understanding of financial management and P&L responsibility.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
