Mô tả công việc
- Comply with company regulations (working hours, hygiene, etc.).
- Understand and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Evaluate and improve quality assurance standards and inspection systems.
- Manage analytical, packaging, and issue labs, and improve their standard operating procedures.
- Develop sampling procedures and quality data reporting guidelines.
- Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collect and analyze statistical quality data, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Identify training needs and organize training on quality standards.
- Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
- Achieve departmental objectives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of IQ.
Yêu cầu công việc
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering or equivalent.
Work Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in the food industry, specifically in quality/technical roles.
- Experience with agricultural products is a plus.
Other Qualifications:
- Familiarity with GSFI requirements and practical implementation (HACCP, BRC 8, ISO 22000, Halal, RFA, Organic, etc.).
- Good English communication skills (all skills, including writing).
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.
Responsibility: Timely completion of assigned tasks with good results.
Relationships: Collaboration with Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
