- Analyze crop-specific pesticide needs and propose solutions.
- Develop market segmentation, product positioning, and planning strategies.
- Plan and supervise sales and import plans for related products.
- Analyze market and competitor information, and crop trends for product development.
- Maintain and grow market share for managed product groups.
- Track the development of new products, markets, and target groups.
- Ensure product label compliance with regulations.
- Suggest pricing, sales policies, and promotions for agents and farmers.
- Report and resolve product-related problems.
- Provide product information, crop techniques, and technical support.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and forecasting.
- Manage product inventory and control advertising and promotional activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and Education Level:
- University degree or higher in Plant Protection, Agriculture, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the plant protection industry.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in using office computer software and have good English language skills.
- Teamwork, planning, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collect market information.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
