Job Description

Identify key areas of growth opportunities, develop and execute plans in accordance with agreed financial and business targets.
Capable of identifying key accounts, potential clients/alliances, developing sales and business strategies, creating, and closing deals to maximize revenue target and profitability.
Take a strong lead and hand on approach in business development and sales; determine optimal utilization of staff and resources; improve the goals and accountabilities of sales team; effectively lead sales team to grow the business and reach revenue targets.
Responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the cross border e-commerce and other segments requiring a cross-border payments platform.
Effectively pitch and acquire new customers for the core company product as well as new product launches.
Execute the business development plan; achieve and exceed the targeted sales goals.
Coordinate with multiple teams like marketing and product within the organization for achieving the required goals.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree preferably in business or a quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a MUST.
3+ years of sales team management experience
5+ years of professional B2B corporate sales experience within banking or fintech industry.
Able to work independently with a proven hunter mentality, and as a team player wearing different hats.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with external clients as well as internal stakeholders. Must possess intense customer focus.
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results through influence and negotiation.
Strong work ethic and time management. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated, flexible, and knows how to think outside the box when confronted with challenges.
