Mô tả công việc
- Provide training to new hires on program knowledge and soft skills, preparing them for real-life situations.
- Support quality tasks during the off-season, including auditing, calibrations, and coaching sessions.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, addressing root causes and building action plans to maintain SOPs.
- Train new hires on coping strategies, goal setting, communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills for a professional setting.
- Evaluate trainee performance against established training objectives and recommend additional skill development as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in training or a related field.
- Call center (customer service) background.
- English language proficiency (level 4).
