Mô tả công việc

Provide training to new hires on program knowledge and soft skills, preparing them for real-life situations.
Support quality tasks during the off-season, including auditing, calibrations, and coaching sessions.
Identify and resolve quality issues, addressing root causes and building action plans to maintain SOPs.
Train new hires on coping strategies, goal setting, communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills for a professional setting.
Evaluate trainee performance against established training objectives and recommend additional skill development as needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in training or a related field.
Call center (customer service) background.
English language proficiency (level 4).
