Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Set sales targets, forecast revenue, and create action plans.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a sales pipeline.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee daily sales operations and reporting.
- Track key performance metrics and present reports to senior management.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams.
- Ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall company goals.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR outsourcing sales (Production outsourcing experience preferred).
Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven decision-making.
