- Lead and manage the R&D team.
- Develop and execute R&D strategies and roadmaps.
- Oversee product development projects from concept to launch.
- Drive process innovation and improve testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, quality assurance).
- Manage the R&D budget and resources.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in R&D, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the homecare industry is preferred.
- Strong background in product development, process innovation, and testing.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality control standards.
- Familiarity with modern R&D tools, methodologies, and trends.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products.
