Mô tả công việc

Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls.
Accurately identify and understand customer needs and concerns.
Conduct thorough research to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the call center database.
Consistently meet performance targets regarding the quality and quantity of customer conversations.
Report to the Team Manager and provide regular updates.

Yêu cầu công việc

Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent Vietnamese language proficiency.
Fresh graduates or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Possess a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
