Job Description
- Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls.
- Accurately identify and understand customer needs and concerns.
- Conduct thorough research to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer problems.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the call center database.
- Consistently meet performance targets regarding the quality and quantity of customer conversations.
- Report to the Team Manager and provide regular updates.
Job Requirement
- Native Vietnamese speaker with fluent Vietnamese language proficiency.
- Fresh graduates or recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Willingness to relocate to Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
