Job Description
Market Research and Product Strategy
- Research and identify potential markets and applications for current products.
- Research and update short-term and long-term trends for current products.
- Develop product lifecycle strategies.
- Synthesize market analysis information and collaborate with the Sales Department to build product development proposals.
Product Development and Innovation
- Coordinate with the R&D Department to develop and perfect new products and technologies.
- Develop strategies to introduce products to the market.
- Streamline the product list and prepare necessary marketing tools for the Sales Department to introduce new products.
Coordination and Support
- Request support and coordination from relevant departments to ensure business development tasks are executed most effectively.
- Propose and participate in building policies and regulations related to the company's Sales and Marketing activities.
- Request transportation for business trips or client transactions (with prior notice) and report results to the Sales & Marketing Deputy Director.
- Propose training for knowledge and skills related to assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor's degree.
Experience & Knowledge
- 5 years of working experience.
- Knowledge of Sales and Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of the textile and dyeing industry.
- Clear understanding of products and customer consumption behavior.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in English.
- Proficient in Office Computing.
- Market research skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and bargaining skills.
- Proficient communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
- Ability to coordinate and withstand high pressure.
- Experience from major apparel brands is a priority.
