Job Description
Strategic Sales Planning & Execution
- Strictly implement the country's sales strategy and tactical plans to achieve sales targets according to agreed budgeted volume and pricing.
- Develop comprehensive sales plans for the responsible market, starting from the development phase to actual execution.
- Negotiate procurement contracts and implement action plans defined in daily, weekly, and monthly business meetings to meet agreed KPIs.
Business Development & Market Intelligence
- Maintain existing customer base while proactively developing new end-user relationships from initial introduction to closing sales opportunities.
- Conduct continuous market research to collect intelligence from both demand and supply perspectives, including competitor activities.
- Identify specific customer needs and translate them into actionable product solutions.
Operations & Compliance
- Strictly follow the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and all relevant internal regulations.
- Ensure all customer contracts are executed smoothly and that all payments are collected in full and on time.
- Respond to customer needs in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and actively grow the company's market share across all product lines, including L-Threonine, L-Lysine, Dextrose Monohydrate, and Corn Gluten Meal.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Food Science, Animal Nutrition, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience within the feed additives industry.
- Deep understanding of the feed additive market, supply chain dynamics, and technical product knowledge.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly developed sales skills with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the initiative to develop business from scratch.
Personality & Attitude
- Results-driven, proactive, and independent with a strong mindset to build business from the ground up.
- Highly adaptable and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
