Job Description
Production Planning & Execution
- Ensure daily production output is achieved according to the production plan.
- Maintain compliance with standard work, organizational rules, and procedures in each process to meet certification requirements.
Team Management & Development
- Maintain absenteeism control, manage proper inventory levels, and foster effective employee relations.
- Manage the development of human talent to enhance motivation and close skill gaps required for the job.
- Build a strong team with optimal manpower costs to adapt to flexible demand trends.
Performance & Process Improvement
- Implement and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and department KPIs.
- Propose system improvements to the Plant Manager to enhance workflow efficiency and results.
- Identify improvement opportunities and actively participate in continuous improvement activities to develop better ways of working.
Issue Resolution & Safety
- Resolve employee issues, customer complaints, machine malfunctions, and quality issues through actionable improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment throughout the production process to support employee well-being and meet objective achievement goals.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management.
- Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and standard work procedures.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong planning, organizing, and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic capabilities for unexpected production issues.
- Proficient in MS Office and production reporting tools.
Personality & Attitude
- Resilient under pressure with the ability to maintain stability in a fast-paced production environment.
- Collaborative team player capable of building sustainable working relations across departments.
