Job Description

Health & Safety Supervision

• Implement and maintain workplace health and safety policies and procedures effectively.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments within the factory and office areas.
• Monitor compliance with occupational health and safety regulations daily.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and propose corrective actions.
• Organize HSE training programs, toolbox meetings, and safety awareness activities.
• Ensure the proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and strict compliance with safety regulations.

Environmental Management

• Handle environmental permit tasks, including application, renewal, amendment, and periodic reporting.
• Coordinate professionally with government authorities and external consultants regarding environmental compliance.
• Monitor environmental performance related to waste management, wastewater, air emissions, and chemical handling.
• Prepare and maintain accurate environmental records, reports, and legal documents.
• Support internal and external environmental audits to ensure full compliance with local environmental laws and company standards.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain HSE documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), legal records, and training records.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 system activities where applicable.
• Assist in preparing monthly HSE reports and actionable improvement plans while following up on corrective and preventive actions related to HSE findings.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related technical fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in HSE roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Must have hands-on practical experience in handling Environment Permit tasks and environmental compliance.
• Good knowledge of local environmental regulations and HSE standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with government authorities and handle environmental audits.
