Job Description

Production Planning & Execution

• Organize and execute daily and weekly production plans effectively to ensure production targets are achieved on time and in full quantities.
• Monitor production progress daily, identifying and resolving bottlenecks or operational issues immediately to prevent production line stoppages.

Process Optimization & Cost Control

• Optimize production workflows and plant layout to maximize equipment utilization and average productivity per person.
• Drive process improvements, reduce line changeover times, and optimize tooling to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Control material consumption, working hours, and energy consumption strictly to keep production costs within budget.

Quality & Safety Management

• Enforce strict quality management standards and maintain rigorous process control to minimize defects and rework.
• Manage and oversee comprehensive 5S practices and occupational safety protocols to ensure a zero-risk working environment.

Team Management & Development

• Build, evaluate, and develop the management team, including workshop supervisors and team leaders.
• Implement On-the-Job Training (OJT) plans to continuously improve employee skills, quality awareness, and safety consciousness.
• Monitor factors affecting staff stability and implement measures to maintain a high-performing workforce.

Equipment Maintenance

• Ensure the effective implementation of equipment inspection and maintenance systems to prevent downtime and maintain operational continuity.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in an equivalent supervisory or management role.
• Prior experience working in Chinese-invested manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding and mastery of Lean manufacturing, 5S management, on-site improvement, and value stream analysis.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and systemic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and operational coordination skills.

Personality & Attitude

• Male candidate, aged 40 or under.
• Highly proactive, decisive, and results-oriented with a strong focus on team efficiency.
