Job Description
Solution Design & Development
- Design customized insurance solutions based on the risk profiles of Chinese enterprises operating in Vietnam, including property, liability, and construction insurance.
- Review and refine technical terms and conditions to ensure precise insurance coverage that strictly complies with local regulatory requirements.
Underwriting & Reinsurance Management
- Coordinate with local insurance companies and international reinsurance channels in Vietnam.
- Lead investigations, compare pricing, and negotiate insurance terms to secure the best conditions and rates while keeping risks under strict control.
Insurance Relationship Management
- Build and expand a professional network of cooperation with leading non-life insurance companies in Vietnam.
- Periodically evaluate the financial stability and service capacity of insurance partners to build a diverse and reliable reservoir of insurance channels.
Technical Risk Assessment
- Provide expert technical support to the sales team, participate in on-site risk surveys, and conduct damage assessments for complex projects to ensure seamless integration between technical and commercial operations.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting for domestic property insurance companies or major insurance brokerage firms in Vietnam.
- In-depth understanding of insurance standards, clauses, market conditions, and the regulatory environment in Vietnam.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluent in both Chinese and Vietnamese, or Chinese and English. Ability to translate and explain professional legal documents and insurance terms accurately.
- Highly proficient in designing terms for corporate property insurance, technical insurance, and other specialized risks.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to evaluate professional quality objectively.
Personality & Attitude
- Careful, meticulous, and disciplined with high professional standards.
- Strong ability to provide technical persuasion and maintain professional integrity.
