Job Description
Interpretation & Translation
- Provide accurate Chinese-Vietnamese interpretation during meetings, daily work discussions, and operational interactions.
- Translate all corporate documents, including reports, procedures, work instructions, and official correspondence, accurately and professionally.
Operational & HR Support
- Assist Chinese management in overseeing production operations and personnel management activities.
- Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure information is conveyed accurately and tasks are executed efficiently.
- Track, compile, and report work progress according to the requirements of superiors.
Administrative & Liaison Duties
- Assist in welcoming Chinese clients, partners, and experts visiting the company.
- Perform general administrative and office duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
Experience & Knowledge
- Experience in the manufacturing, electronics, or foreign-invested enterprise (FIE) sectors is highly preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong Chinese language proficiency are encouraged to apply as the company provides comprehensive training.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in all 4 Chinese language skills including listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Quick-thinking, detail-oriented, and diligent.
- Possesses a high sense of responsibility and integrity in all tasks.
