Job Description

Operational Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate all production resources (manpower, machines, materials, methods, and environment) based on annual corporate plans, monthly PMC schedules, and specific customer requirements.
  • Supervise daily operations across all workshops and production lines, proactively detecting and resolving any abnormalities (equipment, quality, or material shortages).

Productivity & Optimization

  • Build and optimize production data statistics and monitoring systems to ensure all corporate performance indicators and targets are achieved.
  • Plan and enhance production capacity and efficiency, promoting automation upgrades to improve overall manufacturing competitiveness.

Operational Excellence & Cost Control

  • Manage the production floor, comprehensively promoting Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to optimize processes and minimize waste.
  • Oversee on-site quality management and improvement, while maintaining strict control over production costs.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage the local workforce, including building the team and developing succession planning for key positions.
  • Arrange and manage overtime schedules during peak production seasons in strict compliance with labor regulations.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in operational management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience working in labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of production processes, Lean manufacturing, and 5S management systems.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities combined with cross-cultural communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent systematic thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

Personality & Attitude

  • Male candidate, aged 40 or under.
  • Proactive, decisive, and capable of managing teams and operations under high pressure.
