Job Description

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Manage and ensure all set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Analyze service reports and data to provide actionable insights for management reporting.

Spare Parts & Inventory Management

  • Ensure optimal spare parts availability through accurate forecasting and rigorous inventory management.

Product Safety & Compliance

  • Manage product safety and certificates, ensuring full alignment with Vietnamese regulations and corporate policies.

Budget & Financial Control

  • Manage the departmental budget, including both forecasting and actual control for Warranty and Selling, General, and Administrative (SGA) costs.

Warranty & Claims Handling

  • Follow up on and process customer claims related to warranty issues efficiently.
  • Manage all processes and claims relating to extended warranty sales.

General Administration

  • Handle service contract management and payment processes for all service partners.
  • Prepare and manage all departmental documentation, including tender documents and announcements to service partners.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Proven experience in warranty support, verification, and Authorized Service Partner (ASP) management.
  • Practical experience in spare parts handling and inventory control.
  • Experience in B2B service support is considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret reports for management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and standard office software.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills to manage diverse administrative and operational tasks.

Personality & Attitude

  • Detail-oriented and highly responsible in managing budgets and inventory accuracy.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
