Job Description

Production Planning & Execution

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise the production activities of the assigned team in strict accordance with the master production plan.
• Allocate human resources and assign tasks appropriately to optimize production output and maintain high-quality standards.
• Monitor daily production output, production progress, and the overall completion rate of the assigned plan.

Process Control & Continuous Improvement

• Control the execution of technological processes, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or abnormalities on the assembly line immediately and report to superiors.
• Implement 5S management, Lean Manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned area.

Team Management & Coordination

• Guide and provide essential work skills training for new employees to ensure operational competency.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Planning departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor employee attendance, overtime schedules, and adherence to labor discipline within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by higher-level management.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Production Team Leader or in a similar management position within an electronics manufacturing company.
• Prior experience in the assembly of computer monitors, TVs, or electronic devices is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong skills in production coordination, personnel management, and work arrangement.
• Ability to analyze issues, resolve problems effectively, and improve on-site production processes.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese with at least 2 skills (listening and speaking).

• High sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively under high-pressure environments.
• Proactive, diligent, and willing to work overtime when required by production schedules.
