Job Description

Customer Development and Sales Expansion

  • Search, build, and develop corporate (B2B) customers.
  • Identify and engage potential individual customers.
  • Maintain and nurture existing projects while continuously developing new clients.
  • Earn a direct profit percentage for each new order closed successfully.

Sales Consultation and Customer Relationship Management

  • Introduce and advise customers on the company’s products and services.
  • Answer inquiries and provide detailed product and service information.
  • Build and maintain trustworthy, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and coordinate internal resources to meet client requirements.

Performance Reporting and Coordination

  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and high-quality service.
  • Receive product knowledge training and support throughout the working process.

Communication and Business Interaction

  • Use English proficiently for document writing, emailing, and communication with international partners, suppliers, and customers.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in selling industrial or chemical products such as adhesives or surface treatment chemicals.
  • Knowledge of automation, machine manufacturing, or electrical-mechanical systems.
  • Experience working with clients in electronics, medical, general industrial, or automotive manufacturing sectors.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide suitable product solutions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Male or female, aged 24 to 40.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of independent or team work.
