Debt Recovery for Group 2 Debts (10–90 Days Past Due)
- Monitor and remind customers to fulfill their debt obligations.
- Prepare plans and implement periodic debt recovery activities.
- Monitor and supervise the execution of approved payment commitments or debt settlement plans.
- Communicate, negotiate, and carry out risk-handling measures according to regulations to recover outstanding debt.
- Utilize available tools to support the debt recovery process.
Compliance with Regulations and Policies
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulations, and policies.
- Detect, report, and coordinate fraud investigation and handling.
- Store and manage customer documentation in accordance with regulations.
- Support and provide feedback to improve regulations and processes related to debt recovery.
Improving Debt Recovery Quality
- Monitor customer interaction activities related to debt recovery.
- Evaluate and propose solutions to improve debt recovery performance.
- Contribute ideas to develop systems and tools that enhance the debt recovery process.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Law, or related majors.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum experience required by level:
- 7 years (Expert)
- 5 years (Senior Specialist)
- 3 years (Specialist)
- 2 years (Officer)
- Experience in debt recovery at banks, finance companies, law firms, or experience working at agencies such as Court, Procuracy, Enforcement Office, Police, Bailiff Office is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in office computer skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and problem-handling skills.
- Ability to manage assigned debt portfolios effectively.
Languages
- Basic English proficiency.
Other Requirements
- Ability to travel frequently.
