Supplier Sourcing & Supplier Evaluation / 供应商寻源与供应商评估

• Provide sourcing support through interaction with potential suppliers.
• Identify Asia suppliers with new capabilities to generate product concept options or meet product development requirements.
• Source materials, evaluate supplier quotations, and negotiate costs to determine the most suitable supplier.
• Manage supplier relationships.

Quotation, Capacity & Project Timeline Management / 报价、产能与项目进度管理

• Manage product quotations during transitions between suppliers to maintain stable supply.
• Manage timelines for new projects and ensure projects are completed on time through close coordination with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure suppliers have sufficient capacity to support new projects against forecasted volume.

New Product Introduction & Continuous Improvement / 新产品导入与持续改进

• Assist Engineering and suppliers in developing and executing new product introductions for U.S. and international businesses.
• Support continuous improvement and Six Sigma / Lean projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by managers.

Education & Experience / 学历与经验

• 5+ years of Supply Chain or related experience is preferred.

Skills & Competencies / 技能与能力

• Strong capability in sourcing, supplier evaluation, quotation analysis, cost breakdown analysis, and cost negotiation.
• Experience in sourcing project timeline management for an international consumer products company is helpful.
• Experience in CPG-related sourcing supply chain functions.
• Familiarity with capacity planning, constraint management, buffer-level setting, forecasting, and driving supplier actions.
• Experience in troubleshooting supply chain and order management issues.
• Ability to influence supplier actions, negotiate with supplier leadership, and act as a liaison for the company.
• A3 / structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and Lean / Six Sigma familiarity, training, or certification.

Language / Other Requirements / 语言能力与其他要求

• Strong English skills in writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
• Good Chinese is a must.
• Knowledge or experience in manufacturing and assembly processes, gluing, joining, pencil sharpening, printing / print press control, blister sealing, thermoforming, injection molding, injection blow molding, and sonic welding is helpful.
