Supplier Quality & Product Compliance (供应商质量与产品合规)

• Manage the QA process for purchased finished products.
• Partner with Sourcing and Supply Chain to ensure sourced products meet product compliance and quality specifications.
• Network externally to identify and implement supplier quality best practices.

Supplier Qualification & Factory Compliance (供应商认证与工厂合规)

• Manage supplier qualification and supplier management programs.
• Cover quality management, microbial management, and retailer program requirements.
• Ensure sourced factories comply with Code of Conduct and facility requirements.

New Product QA & Engineering Support (新产品质量保证与工程支持)

• Provide input on quality assurance plans for new products to the development team.
• Identify product quality risks throughout the product development process.
• Communicate product quality risks with the product development team.
• Provide engineering input through new processes and product qualification at sourced suppliers.

Supplier Issue Resolution & QA Capability Development (供应商问题解决与质量能力发展)

• Negotiate and resolve issues with supplier leadership.
• Communicate product quality requirements to factory management and labor.
• Lead structured problem-solving teams to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Coach and guide suppliers on quality system development, Tier 2 supplier development, problem solving, production test plans, in-process QA/QC, regulatory testing, and company product technical requirements.
• Monitor and develop QA capabilities.

Decision Making & Testing Control (决策与测试管控)

• Define processes to ensure continued compliance with US law and customer requirements.
• Define processes to monitor and address sourced finished product and vendor quality issues.
• Determine compliance of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods against established component/product specifications.
• Determine appropriate test methods to confirm sourced products perform as intended.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience (学历与经验)

• Bachelor of Science degree is required; engineering discipline is preferred.
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance/manufacturing environment at manager level.

Skills & Competencies (技能与能力)

• Proficient in statistical analysis tools.
• Able to interpret testing procedures and develop test reports based on findings.
• Strong written, oral, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong capability in supplier quality management, product compliance, quality risk identification, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

Language / Other Requirements (语言能力与其他要求)

• Fluent English.
• Fluent Vietnamese.
• Chinese is preferred.
• Frequent business travel to the Northern region and abroad.

• Strong problem-solving mindset.
• Able to communicate effectively with suppliers, factory management, labor, product development teams, engineering, sourcing, and supply chain.
• Able to lead structured problem-solving and permanent corrective action activities.
