Business Development and Management

• Implement and manage business development and customer growth initiatives within the Securities Services Division.
• Oversee and take full responsibility for the performance and results of all assigned business units.
• Develop and expand financial products and services in alignment with the company’s strategic policies.

Leadership and Team Coordination

• Supervise, motivate, and coordinate division staff to ensure efficiency, responsibility, and commitment to professional growth.
• Promote a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and continuous learning.
• Provide guidance and direction to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals.

Branch Support and Collaboration

• Assist branches and trading offices in executing assigned business objectives.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Other Responsibilities

• Carry out additional tasks within the division’s authority as assigned by the company’s leadership.
• Perform other duties as required to support the company’s overall objectives.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
• Possess a valid professional license issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC).

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a similar role within securities companies, financial institutions, or banks (domestic or international).
• Strong understanding of the securities market, particularly in bonds, equities, and advisory activities related to issuance, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Solid knowledge of macroeconomics and its impact on capital markets and investment activities.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial institutions, investment funds, and insurance companies.
