Job Description
Business Development and Management
- Implement and manage business development and customer growth initiatives within the Securities Services Division.
- Oversee and take full responsibility for the performance and results of all assigned business units.
- Develop and expand financial products and services in alignment with the company’s strategic policies.
Leadership and Team Coordination
- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate division staff to ensure efficiency, responsibility, and commitment to professional growth.
- Promote a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals.
Branch Support and Collaboration
- Assist branches and trading offices in executing assigned business objectives.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Other Responsibilities
- Carry out additional tasks within the division’s authority as assigned by the company’s leadership.
- Perform other duties as required to support the company’s overall objectives.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
- Possess a valid professional license issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC).
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in a similar role within securities companies, financial institutions, or banks (domestic or international).
- Strong understanding of the securities market, particularly in bonds, equities, and advisory activities related to issuance, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Solid knowledge of macroeconomics and its impact on capital markets and investment activities.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial institutions, investment funds, and insurance companies.

- Strong planning, relationship-building, and leadership abilities.
- Capable of managing and developing team members effectively.
- High sense of responsibility with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
