Sales Strategy, Market Expansion & Forecasting

• Develop and execute marketing strategy by analyzing trends, customer needs, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct strategic planning and expand the market.
• Forecast and analyze sales performance, problems, and obstacles affecting monthly sales.
• Create annual, monthly, and weekly sales targets.

Business Development & Customer Management

• Develop new business relationships with Property Industry and Health Industry customers.
• Identify new target customers, including potential and existing customers, and approach them for sales opportunities.
• Manage customers and prospects, generate new commercial business prospects, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Manage, maintain, and grow the business while developing new customer relationships.

Sales Closing, KPI Control & Reporting

• Negotiate and close sales with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and develop new business prospects.
• Manage and control sales KPIs, pricing, and margin.
• Manage, maintain, and expand business partner relationships.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, weekly/monthly plans, competitor information, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Sales experience in Commercial Business / B2B is required; management-level experience and strong leadership are required.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong commercial sales and B2B business development capability.
• Ability to manage sales KPIs, pricing, margin, forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Familiar with territory and nearby cities.
• Good computer literacy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and good team player.
• Experience in Real Estate or Fitness industry is an advantage, including Hospitality, Vingroup, Masterise, BIM, or BRG background.

Language / Other Requirements

• Fluent in both Vietnamese and English, speaking and writing.
• Male or female candidates.
• Age between 30–40.
• Able to travel up country.
