Mô tả công việc

1. Account Coverage

Understand focus channels (nightlife outlets, KTV, western bars, cocktail bars).
Maintain regular visits and communication with active accounts.
Penetrate new accounts by listing products in consumer communication tools (menu, product display).
Maintain account engagement through product listing, sales volume, and brand activation (directly or with Marketing support).

2. Sales Target & Distribution

Achieve assigned sales volume targets (measured by single bottle count).
Ensure engaged accounts purchase and sell authentic products distributed by authorized distributors.

3. Sales Routine & Reporting

Perform all sales routines (sales calls, checklists, reports).
Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Experience

University degree.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in the trading field.
Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry or FMCG is an advantage.
Good command of English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Functional & Leadership Competencies

Outgoing, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills.
Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
Good communication and people management skills (coaching, motivating subordinates).
