Job Description
1. Account Coverage
- Understand focus channels (nightlife outlets, KTV, western bars, cocktail bars).
- Maintain regular visits and communication with active accounts.
- Penetrate new accounts by listing products in consumer communication tools (menu, product display).
- Maintain account engagement through product listing, sales volume, and brand activation (directly or with Marketing support).
2. Sales Target & Distribution
- Achieve assigned sales volume targets (measured by single bottle count).
- Ensure engaged accounts purchase and sell authentic products distributed by authorized distributors.
3. Sales Routine & Reporting
- Perform all sales routines (sales calls, checklists, reports).
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of sales reports.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the trading field.
- Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry or FMCG is an advantage.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Outgoing, proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Good communication and people management skills (coaching, motivating subordinates).
