Job Description
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Lead the overall strategic direction of Kinderland Vietnam in alignment with regional and HQ objectives.
- Drive expansion through new centre development, strategic partnerships, and franchise opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis on investment feasibility, competitive landscapes, and business potential.
Operations & Performance Management
- Oversee multi-centre operations to ensure consistency in service quality, brand positioning, and operational standards.
- Drive financial performance, including enrolment growth, revenue target attainment, and cost management.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across all centres and functional departments.
Education Quality & Compliance Oversight
- Guarantee that all centres deliver education programmes aligned with Kinderland’s curriculum standards and philosophy.
- Oversee compliance with Vietnamese regulatory requirements (MOET standards), licensing, and inspection readiness.
- Coordinate with academic and curriculum teams to ensure continuous improvement in programme delivery.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Provide direction to Centre Directors and key functional leaders, building a strong local leadership pipeline.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Education Management, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, operations, or business development.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site operations, preferably in the education, retail, or service industries.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam’s education landscape and regulatory environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong business and commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Strategic thinking ability, with the capacity to translate vision into operational execution.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Personality & Attitude
- Capable of balancing aggressive business growth with education quality and compliance.
- Proactive leader, comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders.
