Job Description
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive advertising sales strategy to drive revenue across ODK Media’s platforms.
- Identify and penetrate new market segments and advertising verticals to expand market share.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and long-term account management.
Partnership & Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key media agencies, direct brands, and advertisers.
- Negotiate high-level media buying contracts and ensure competitive positioning of ODK Media’s inventory.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing ODK Media at industry events and trade conferences to boost visibility.
Operational & Team Excellence
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to ensure consistent attainment of individual and departmental KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop integrated sales packages and solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, manage revenue forecasting, and provide transparent reporting to senior leadership.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in advertising sales, media sales, or digital media platforms.
- Proven track record of managing a sales department and leading large-scale revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the media landscape, digital ad tech, and the advertising agency ecosystem.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools, revenue forecasting, and market analysis.
Personality & Attitude
- Highly proactive, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to build long-term trust-based relationships.
