Job Description
Accounting & Tax Compliance
- Execute daily general accounting tasks.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and accounting vouchers.
- Prepare tax declarations and related financial reports.
HR & Payroll Administration
- Handle social insurance (BHXH) procedures.
- Manage payroll processing and payment operations.
Reporting & Support
- Prepare internal reports and support external audits.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in a manufacturing company.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in handling tax audits.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong general accounting skills.
- Ability to use English in a professional work environment is a plus (not mandatory).
Personality & Attitude
- High sense of responsibility, careful, and honest.
- Desire to work in a stable, professional environment with long-term growth opportunities.
