Job Description
Financial Planning & Cost Management
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with Group strategy.
- Oversee cost accounting systems, activity-based costing, and pricing module updates.
- Evaluate capital investment proposals using ROI and NPV analysis, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
Accounting & Financial Control
- Oversee daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll) and ensure accurate month-end/year-end closing.
- Maintain accurate inventory valuation and production overhead records.
- Ensure governance and smooth cooperation with Shared Service Centers (SSC).
Treasury, Taxation & Compliance
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, credit facilities, and foreign currency hedging strategies.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws (VAT, CIT, import/export duties) and transfer pricing policies.
- Prepare statutory reports (VAS) and liaise with external auditors and government agencies.
Systems, Strategy & Leadership
- Lead finance transformation, digitalization, and effective use of SAP systems.
- Support strategic investment projects, including plant expansion, and monitor financial risks.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Finance and Accounting team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles in multinational manufacturing, FMCG, food, or agro-processing industries.
- Strong experience in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.
- Experience supporting capital investment projects, business expansion, or transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of VAS, tax regulations, and financial governance; SAP experience is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong finance and business understanding, including manufacturing finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to bridge finance and non-finance teams.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive mindset to improve finance processes, reporting quality, and efficiency.
- Ability to act as a trusted business partner and support senior management in decision-making.
