Job Description

Sourcing & Candidate Management

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
Maintain an organized database of candidates and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Hiring Process & Coordination

Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and handle offer negotiations in accordance with company compensation policies.
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.

Reporting & Employer Branding

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality) and provide regular reports to management.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to support competitive hiring practices.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Solid understanding of modern sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and labor regulations.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR management software is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recruitment tools.

Personality & Attitude

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
