Job Description
Sourcing & Candidate Management
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain an organized database of candidates and provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Hiring Process & Coordination
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
- Manage job postings, schedule interviews, and handle offer negotiations in accordance with company compensation policies.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company.
Reporting & Employer Branding
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source quality) and provide regular reports to management.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to support competitive hiring practices.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of modern sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and labor regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR management software is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recruitment tools.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
