Job Description

Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored for Southeast Asian markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities in both existing and new market segments.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and customer demand to support strategic business decisions.

Customer & Business Growth

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage commercial agreements.
  • Monitor customer performance, profitability, and growth potential to expand business within existing accounts.

New Business & Market Expansion

  • Actively identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and expand customer networks throughout Southeast Asia.
  • Support entry into new markets and strengthen the company's regional presence.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team to build capabilities in sales execution, negotiation, and market development.
  • Set clear targets, monitor team performance, and conduct regular reviews.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across internal departments, including Production, Quality, Planning, Logistics, and Finance, to align customer needs with operational capabilities.

Process & Performance Management

  • Ensure orders and contracts are handled accurately and on time.
  • Manage customer credit in compliance with company policies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, profit margins, delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and credit compliance.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.

Experience & Knowledge

  • At least 5 years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in food ingredients or spices.
  • Proven track record in growing sales, opening new markets, and managing multicultural customers.
  • Experience working across Southeast Asia markets is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, commercial mindset, and analytical skills (pricing, margin, basic financials).
  • Ability to turn ideas into actions with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and management skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is an advantage.

Personality & Attitude

  • Results-driven, proactive, and committed to sustainable business practices.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
