Job Description

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and expand business relationships with existing clients in the textile/garment sector.
  • Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities to grow the company's client portfolio.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events to strengthen brand presence.

Order Management & Execution

  • Manage the full lifecycle of an order: from handling inquiries and quotations to sample development and final order processing.
  • Follow up on production stages to ensure product quality and adherence to delivery timelines.
  • Monitor production progress proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues regarding quality or delays.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with factories, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Chinese regarding technical requirements and production status.
  • Manage order-related documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile/Garment Technology, Foreign Languages, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Merchandiser, Merchandiser, or similar roles within the textile/garment industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sample development, order follow-up, production workflows, and shipment processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for effective client communication.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to operational challenges.

Personality & Attitude

  • Customer-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and proactive work ethic.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
