Job Description

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer requirements and business targets.
• Monitor production progress daily, adjusting schedules as necessary to address bottlenecks or unforeseen disruptions.
• Analyze production capacity and lead times to ensure realistic scheduling and optimal machine utilization.

Resource & Inventory Coordination

• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials are available to support the production plan.
• Coordinate with department heads to manage staffing levels and machine availability according to the production schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods to ensure inventory levels align with company targets.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report on key production metrics, such as schedule adherence, output efficiency, and downtime analysis.
• Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to increase throughput and reduce production costs.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide updates on production status and resolve order-related issues.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
