Job Description

System Development & Maintenance

• Design, document, and maintain the QMS framework, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality manuals, and process flowcharts.
• Ensure the QMS remains compliant with relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry-specific regulations.
• Manage the document control system to ensure all quality records are current, accurate, and accessible.

Audit & Compliance Management

• Plan and conduct internal quality audits to identify non-conformities and operational gaps.
• Coordinate external audits from regulatory bodies or certification agencies and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance across all departments and report findings to senior management.

Continuous Improvement & Training

• Facilitate root-cause analysis (RCA) for quality incidents and drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Organize and conduct QMS training programs to foster a quality-centric culture among employees.
• Analyze quality performance data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for process optimization.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification in QMS (e.g., Lead Auditor training) is highly preferred.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing or supporting a Quality Management System in a manufacturing or professional environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and quality improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent documentation, technical writing, and process mapping skills.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and identify systematic failures.
• Proficiency in QMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Highly detail-oriented, methodical, and committed to rigorous compliance.
• Strong communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels to uphold quality standards.
