Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• Conduct IELTS preparation classes (covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking) according to the company’s curriculum and methodology.
• Prepare lesson plans that align with learning objectives and cater to diverse student proficiency levels.
• Utilize various teaching techniques and digital tools to enhance student engagement and participation.

Student Assessment & Support

• Provide detailed, constructive feedback on student performance, particularly for writing and speaking components.
• Monitor student progress regularly through mock tests and formative assessments, adjusting teaching strategies to address specific learning gaps.
• Offer academic guidance and support to students, helping them manage exam preparation stress and effective test-taking strategies.

Professional Development & Administrative Tasks

• Participate in curriculum updates, teacher training sessions, and departmental meetings to maintain instructional quality.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators to improve course materials and teaching resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and examination outcomes.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Internationally recognized teaching certificate (e.g., TESOL, CELTA, DELTA, or equivalent).
• Valid IELTS certification with a minimum overall band score of 7.5 or 8.0 (with no band lower than 7.0).

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in teaching IELTS preparation or academic English.
• Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and current test trends.
• Experience in designing and developing effective teaching materials for large or small groups.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using classroom technology and E-learning platforms.
• Strong ability to explain complex grammatical or linguistic concepts in a clear, accessible manner.
