Solution Architecture & Development

• Design and architect scalable AI solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and AI applications to address operational pain points.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, integrating them into the company’s product and service roadmap.

Technical Implementation & Optimization

• Oversee the end-to-end integration of AI solutions into existing business workflows.
• Monitor the performance of deployed models, conducting continuous training and optimization to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot technical hurdles and performance bottlenecks during the implementation phase.

Strategic Consultation & Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams (including engineering, product, and business units) to define AI project scopes and deliverables.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on AI ethics, data governance, and best practices.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a production environment.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data architecture, cloud computing platforms, and MLOps practices.
