Mô tả công việc

Lead BIM/Revit or 3D CAD Plant design teams depending on assignment.
Develop and manage 3D models and coordinate combined models for the fire protection (PCCC) system across projects.
Manage the issuance of 2D drawings and construction shop drawings.
Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical issues with related stakeholders.
Control team workload and prepare progress reports.
Perform quantity take-off and material estimation for the fire protection system based on 3D models and construction drawings.
Store and manage project documents and records in accordance with company regulations.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Fire Protection, or related disciplines.

Languages:

Good technical English with the ability to communicate at an intermediate level.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in BIM and Revit.
Proficient in 3D CAD Plant.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.

Experience & Competencies:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Candidates with hands-on experience in M&E system construction are preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Age under 40.
