Job Description
- Lead BIM/Revit or 3D CAD Plant design teams depending on assignment.
- Develop and manage 3D models and coordinate combined models for the fire protection (PCCC) system across projects.
- Manage the issuance of 2D drawings and construction shop drawings.
- Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical issues with related stakeholders.
- Control team workload and prepare progress reports.
- Perform quantity take-off and material estimation for the fire protection system based on 3D models and construction drawings.
- Store and manage project documents and records in accordance with company regulations.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing, Fire Protection, or related disciplines.
Languages:
- Good technical English with the ability to communicate at an intermediate level.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in BIM and Revit.
- Proficient in 3D CAD Plant.
- Proficient in AutoCAD 2D.
Experience & Competencies:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in M&E system construction are preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Age under 40.
