Department Management and Operations

• Oversee and take full responsibility for all activities of the Key Account Department within the Securities Services Division, including trading, customer service, and financial services.
• Implement assigned business plans and targets, monitor progress, and report performance results as required.
• Assign tasks and business targets to each staff member, guide and supervise their performance, and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Evaluate and classify team members according to company regulations.

Strategy and Development

• Assist the Division’s leadership in formulating and executing strategies for key client development.
• Participate in establishing and improving operational policies, processes, and mechanisms for the department.
• Plan and execute client acquisition strategies and initiatives to expand the large corporate client base.
• Research and design financial products, sales programs, and tailored services that meet the needs of key clients while aligning with company risk appetite and strategy.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Partnership

• Coordinate with other departments to handle issues efficiently and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with external partners and institutions to enhance business opportunities.
• Provide professional advice and recommendations to management on client service optimization and business growth.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Division Director or Management Board.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Possess a valid professional license issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint; knowledge of other financial software is an advantage.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position and at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Experience in financial institutions, securities companies, or banks (domestic or international) is preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of the securities market, particularly in bonds, equities, and corporate advisory services such as issuance, M&A, and investment consulting.
• Solid knowledge of macroeconomics and its influence on the capital market.
• Familiar with operations of financial institutions, investment funds, and insurance companies.
