Service Delivery (40%):
- Develop and propose HR service offerings to clients (talent acquisition, training, consulting, outsourcing, expatriate management, payroll, compliance, etc.).
- Market and sell HR services, overseeing implementation and deliverables.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct HR analysis, develop reports, and present insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor strategy implementation and make adjustments as needed.
HR & Admin (60%):
- Conduct regular meetings with business units to understand their needs.
- Develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, etc.).
- Provide HR guidance to line management.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and manage compliance risks.
- Improve work engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Supervisor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to create a positive work culture and ensure high employee engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with middle and senior management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English is required; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in talent acquisition (especially tech talent) is a strong plus.
- Experience with HRIS or related HR systems is a plus.
- Experience in Talent Management (developing talent programs) is a plus.
