Mô tả công việc

Service Delivery (40%):

  • Develop and propose HR service offerings to clients (talent acquisition, training, consulting, outsourcing, expatriate management, payroll, compliance, etc.).
  • Market and sell HR services, overseeing implementation and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Conduct HR analysis, develop reports, and present insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Monitor strategy implementation and make adjustments as needed.

HR & Admin (60%):

  • Conduct regular meetings with business units to understand their needs.
  • Develop HR solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (job descriptions, postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, etc.).
  • Provide HR guidance to line management.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and manage compliance risks.
  • Improve work engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Supervisor.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to create a positive work culture and ensure high employee engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with middle and senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English is required; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience in talent acquisition (especially tech talent) is a strong plus.
  • Experience with HRIS or related HR systems is a plus.
  • Experience in Talent Management (developing talent programs) is a plus.
