Role Overview:

• Oversee financial and industrial controlling activities for manufacturing subsidiaries in Vietnam and China.
• Ensure consistency, efficiency, and timeliness in planning and reporting processes.
• Serve as a key financial partner for performance optimization and governance across the two subsidiaries.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Supervise industrial accounting activities, ensuring consistency with Group policies.
• Oversee monthly closings for Vietnam and China entities in collaboration with local finance teams.
• Consolidate and submit accurate monthly management reports to EU headquarters, ensuring compliance with Group standards.
• Support product costing and inventory valuation methodologies.
• Liaise with local auditors, tax consultants, and Group Finance to ensure compliance with audit and fiscal requirements.

Finance Responsibilities:

• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and industrial planning processes for Asian entities.
• Support the financial assessment of industrial projects and monitor CAPEX performance.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis for Group Management.
• Analyze production efficiency, profitability by product, and key variance reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Continuously improve financial controlling processes and tools, including ERP and BI systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in controlling roles within manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience in multinational companies with European headquarters.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools. Generalized "FAST systems" to ERP.
• Fluent in English (must); knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
• Availability to travel between Vietnam and China (approx. 20–30%).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing settings in Asia.
• Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience with digital transformation or process automation projects.
