Mô tả công việc
- Responsible for the management of the production line to ensure production tasks and plans are met.
- Drive continuous efficiency improvement through optimization and innovation of production processes, machines, tools, and jigs.
- Ensure stable product quality through CTQ (Critical to Quality) implementation and inspection.
- Ensure efficiency improvement and quality stability through process improvement and optimization.
- Control and improve the quality of materials and semi-finished products in production.
- Guide and supervise the work of IQC, FQC, and PQC.
- Participate in QC training and improve QC inspection ability.
- Handle customer complaints and complete corrective actions until resolution.
- Coordinate the inspection of all customers by the factory.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proven experience in furniture product quality, with a background in high-end products.
- Strong quality-control mindset; able to engage in appropriate dialogue when needed to ensure the correct quality level.
- Excellent team player; candidates with experience in a European culture/work style are preferred.
