• Develop scalable marketing models and data-driven strategies to maximize revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously innovating to outperform competitors in the e-commerce landscape.

Lead & Execute for Maximum Performance:

• Own the full-funnel strategy—from campaign ideation to execution, ensuring every dollar spent drives profitable growth.
• Manage and inspire a team of 10-15 high-performing marketers, fostering a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency in daily, weekly, and monthly campaign execution.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and reports to senior leadership.

• Act as a mentor and coach, empowering your team with the skills and mindset needed to excel in a hyper-growth company.

Collaborate to Drive Business Success:

• Partner with the Supply Chain Team to develop accurate sales forecasts and scalable growth plans.
• Work closely with the Creative & Content Team to develop high-performing ad creatives that drive conversions.
• Align with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization across all marketing channels.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Current work experience in roles that require strong data and logical skills, such as Growth Marketing, Auditing, Finance, or Data Analysis.
• 2+ years of experience building, leading & managing a team of 5-10 members in digital marketing, user acquisition, growth hacking, or paid media.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with multi-million dollar ad spend across various platforms.
• Proficiency in BI tools, marketing automation, or advanced analytics (SQL, Python, or similar is a plus).
